Inspire the Elderly

The economic challenges facing the elderly, and discrimination in the workplace is something we are working to change.

Our Mission Statement

Our passion and purpose is to transform the lives of the disabled, the elderly and veterans by providing them with current, real world skills and placing them in jobs that provide them with a living wage.

We wish to employ the tools and services that empower others to bring their talents to life.

We are striving to create a more inclusive America.

Facts facing the elderly in our country:

  • In 2019, the median monthly income of 55% of individuals 65 and older was approximately $1,500.
  • Sadly, Social Security remains the largest single source of income for the majority of those 65 and older.
  • Also, norms of Workplace Discrimination have developed such as: discrimination against the elderly because they won’t ‘fit in’ or advertising a position for someone aged under 30 to join a ‘dynamic, young team’.
